Return Policy
To return merchandise for credit or exchange, the following must be complied with:
- Customer must call for a return authorization, furnish invoice number, original date of sale, and the reason for the return.
- Merchandise being returned must be unused and in the original manufacturers packaging.
- Used, soiled or discontinued merchandise is not returnable.
- Merchandise held for more than 30 days is not returnable.
- Defective merchandise will be replaced with the identical item. Credit will not be issued.
- Customers approved to return merchandise for credit, exchange or for defective equipment that was purchased later than 30 days will be responsible for all shipping charges. Refunds will be for product only (also excludes original shipping charges).
